Waterbury, CT: Any level of provider is fine as long as they re certified to perform DOT px s with a NRCME number. Mobile clinic DOT Physicals must have NRCME certification Coverage: Any day in the first two weeks of May - flexible Will include a physical exam (Medical history, vitals, urine analysis, vitals and Point of Care Testing for wellness panel) Provider will review results in real time.
