The Eastern Oklahoma VA is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible general Physiatrist/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialist for inpatient coverage. Physiatrist is responsible for consultative and clinical care for eligible veterans as it relates to Rehabilitation medicine and the Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program (CIIRP Acute Rehab Inpatient) and clinical inpatient and outpatient evaluations/assessment/treatment, EMGs, therapeutic modalities, and collaboration with other clinical providers, etc. Staff Physicians may have teaching opportunities due to our association with Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (OSUCOM) and the Oklahoma University of Oklahoma College of Medicine (OUCOM) program. The Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System (OCVAHCS) is actively recruiting a board-certified full-time permanent hospital employed Gynecology Surgeon to join our Surgery department. The Gynecology Surgeon is accountable to the Chief of Surgery. The vascular surgery physician participates in inpatient and outpatient care related care and consultation at the OKC VA. The candidate will serve as a Gynecology specialist in the Oklahoma City Veterans Administration Health Care System and provide consultation in both the out-patient clinics and in the in-patient wards. The candidate will educate patients and their families on treatment options and preventative measures and collaborate with healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
