Physician Assistant (PA) Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) with extensive Level III NICU experience to provide locum tenens coverage . This is a full-time, in-house role and no additional call responsibilities. Candidates must be NCC Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and have a strong background in neonatal critical care . Key Responsibilities Provide specialized care for Level III NICU patients . Manage critically ill neonates , including ventilation, resuscitation, and advanced procedures. Work collaboratively with neonatologists and NICU nursing staff. Participate in daily rounding on assigned patients. Ensure proper documentation and compliance using Epic EMR .
