BC or BE - Plastic Surgery, Otolaryngology, Oral Surgery SC Licensed CSR DEA that can be permanently registered in the state of South Carolina Assignment Details: Facial Trauma call coverage is needed only No outpatient/clinic work Can be covered by either an ENT, Oral Surgeon, or Plastic Surgeon, as currently this call is covered on a rotating basis by our local ENT, Oral Surgery, and Plastic Surgery groups. MUST be comfortable with facial trauma, including (but not limited to) mandibles, orbital floors and lid lacerations. Call is not in-house call. Instead, Physician can take call from local hotel after daily duties are complete. Daily expectations include covering anything that comes into the ED, performing procedures, rounding on post-ops and inpatients that were operated on during the week, and consults as needed. Call volume varies, but typically it is around 5-6 consults per day max. Volumes are busier on the weekends; however, volumes will be discussed...
