What You’ll Do As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, you’ll: Submit and track insurance claims (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay) to ensure timely and accurate payment Research, correct, and resubmit denied or unpaid claims Interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) and work closely with payers to resolve discrepancies Collaborate with billing and clinical teams to identify and prevent errors in claim submission Process appeals and collections efficiently to maintain optimal A/R performance Assist with training and process improvement initiatives to strengthen revenue cycle operations What We’re Looking For...
