CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support safe, accurate medication services for home health patients. In this role, you'll assist pharmacists with preparing and labeling medications, managing inventory, and coordinating refills and deliveries. You'll work closely with nurses, therapists, and pharmacists to ensure timely, reliable access to prescribed therapies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with pharmacy software, and committed to compassionate, patient-centered care for seniors and adults at home.
