Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (Infectious Disease) is to promote the safe, effective, and optimal use of antimicrobial agents across University Hospital. This role focuses on improving patient outcomes through evidence-based clinical practice, providing direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team or functioning independently as a subject matter expert in infectious disease pharmacotherapy Responsibilities What You’ll Do Leads assessment, prioritization, planning, and implementation of antimicrobial therapy management initiatives.
