Pharmacists will collaborate within the department to enhance departmental operations and clinical programs. Staff will participate in departmental and/or institutional committees, actively participate in the provision of education, and promotion of the profession. This position will require employees to work weekends, any required evenings, and holidays. The amount of time allocated to operations and clinical services will depend upon patients requirements, staffing, and overall pharmacy workload. This position also acts as a mentor to facilitate learning among pharmacy students and/or residents.
