Overview The Huntsville Hospital Pharmacy Technician Training Program is a 10-week paid training program designed to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills to be a successful pharmacy technician. The program's goal is to develop career pharmacy technicians who assist pharmacists in providing optimal drug therapy for patients. Overview The ambulatory pharmacy technician is a dedicated resource in each clinic to support the outpatient clinical pharmacists. This role will be responsible for benefits investigations, prescription processing, and patient care. Technicians will partner with pharmacists on patient needs and coordinate care for optimal patient experience.
