The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Palliative Care Clinic is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in the adult palliative care ambulatory clinic and will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and pharmacists to provide comprehensive patient care for outpatients.
