JOB REQUIREMENTS Education High school diploma or GED required. Must be licensed with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or have an LPN license before the onset of duties.  National certification for pharmacy technicians is preferred , acceptance into a professional post graduate program (medicine or pharmacy), or a minimum of 2 years experience. Experience Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and ability to work in stressful environments is essential. The ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks is also desired. Pharmacy/healthcare experience with direct patient care roles is preferred.
