In the Staff Pharmacist role, you will play a key role in the department, ensuring that drug therapy management is safe and appropriate for Island Hospital system patients.  Manages the drug purchasing, inventory, distribution, storage, security, compounding/dispensing, and drug administration practices.   Location:  Anacortes, WA - Onsite Schedule: Per Diem / Variable hours Salary: $59.14/hr - $88.72/hr What you will be doing: Appropriately reviews medication orders for age specific dosing, duplication, drug interactions, allergies and appropriateness for the patient's disease state.
