Provides Pharmaceutical Care to patients in Kentucky Children’s Hospital inpatient hospital setting. Reviews and interprets medication orders and drug profiles to ensure appropriate drug therapy has been prescribed. Contacts and confers with physicians and other practitioners to optimize drug therapy.
