Job Summary:    To serve as the assistant to the Pharmacy Clinical Manager. To perform the diversified duties required to assist the Pharmacy Clinical Manager with the supervision and operation of the Department of Pharmacy. To ensure staff accountability with policies and procedures; assist in the planning, implementation, and management of the activities of personnel in all aspects of clinical services. To serve as a resource person for onboarding new employees for EMR training. To coordinate pharmacist scheduling. To serve as the Residency Program Coordinator for ASHP-accredited residency programs.
