Job Summary :  Responsible for day-to-day operations to meet pharmaceutical needs of the organization and patients within CaroMont Medical Group (CMG). Provides leadership for regulatory compliance, staff supervision, scheduling, and staff training. Provides pharmacy services in collaboration with health care team to optimize high value pharmaceutical care and support of quality metrics, managed care contracts and government programs. Supports System Pharmacy initiatives as they pertain to standard work in the ambulatory care environment. Provides daily financial and inventory support for each practice site within CMG. Maintains open communication and reporting with System Pharmacy leadership. Willingness to travel to offices as needed to meet provider/department needs.
