Team Impact The Pharmacist Clinical Specialist - Emergency Medicine is responsible for optimizing the use of medications for adult and pediatric populations in the emergency department. This is achieved through medication order review, participation in code strokes/ resuscitations/ procedures requiring high risk medications, sedation, medication preparation, and provision of medication information.
