Position Title: RN Resident - Neonatal ICU - Nights - (Spring Start Date) Department: Neonatal ICU Job Description: The 113 bed Neonatal ICU (NICU) at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital - OU Health is the only level IV NICU in the state and provides the highest level of care for both inborn and outborn babies for prematurity, respiratory distress, surgical, cardiac, anoxic/hypoxic event during delivery, neurologic, metabolic, endocrine, and more. Our nurses work closely with our dedicated neonatal attendings, fellows and neonatal nurse practitioners. The patient support team also consists of Retinopathy of Prematurity Coordinator, NICU Discharge Facilitators, Child Life Specialists, Wound Ostomy Nurses, Case Managers, Social Workers, Respiratory Therapists, Clinical Pharmacists, Dietician, lactation support, rehab services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, 24/7 dedicated flight/ground transport team: Air Kids One, and of course, our...
