Overview: ATHENS, GA Med Surg Dept. Part time Days 7am-7pm Sign-on Bonus Available $ Med A is seeking an energetic medical-surgical nurse to join our dynamic team here at Piedmont Athens. We pride ourselves in providing high quality, evidenced based care on a fast paced 30 bed Med-Surg unit. Our Med A staff coordinate health care plans with the entire medical team to provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients suffering from a variety of illnesses and comorbidities including overflow from our specialty care units such as Surgery, Pulmonary, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Orthopedics. Support staff include IV team, home med nurse and lift team.
