The unit includes 10 labor beds, 2 triage beds, 2 operating rooms, and a dedicated tub room for labor support (non–water birth). Our team maintains A1 standards for nurse-to-patient ratios and is supported by 24/7 in-house anesthesia and continuous neonatology coverage. We care for patients at or above 32 weeks gestation and collaborate closely with private practice Obstetricians and Physician Assistants. Staffing on each shift includes a strong core team of nurses along with surgical tech and administrative support.
