Position Title: APP Manager Adult Emergency and Acute Care Services Department: Advance Practice Providers Job Description: The Manger of Advance Practice Providers (APPs) serves as a clinical and administrative leader for APPs, including Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), within the OU Health system. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities to support high-quality clinical practice, regulatory compliance, and professional development of APP team members. The Manager of APPs collaborates with system leadership, physician leaders, operational managers, and interprofessional colleagues to advance onboarding, credentialing, transition-to-practice programs, and strategic initiatives that enhance APPs integration and performance across assigned service lines.
