Weekend and holiday coverage. This position will work with both Acute Care Physical Therapy and Outpatient Physical Therapy. This is a day shift position and requires Saturday hours as well as holiday rotation. Work hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm. The Physical Therapist is primarily responsible for the delivery of physical therapy care to the patient population to which she/he is assigned and the recording of that care in the hospital medical record. The therapist acts as a consultant to various patient clinics, provides instruction to PT support staff, students, personnel of other disciplines within VCUHS, and patient and/or family members.
