Candidate needs to be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team. • Is this need for a NP or a PA? Can be either a PA or an NP but if an NP, needs to be Acute Care NP • How many patients will they see on a daily basis? This varies due to ICU census and is not a static number. The goal range is 8-12 patients / APP. • Will there be weekend rotation?
