JOB REQUIREMENTS Education High school education or equivalent.  Completion and licensed via a credible CNA training program.  Experience Hiring experience with elderly in assisting with daily activities of living is helpful.   Certified nurse’s aide is desired. Physical Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, pull up to 150 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds and push up to 150 pounds regularly.    Frequently walks, uses hands to finger equipment and controls.  Movements required are bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulder level.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Skills and proficiency in oral and written grammar, communication, and basic mathematics as acquired through official completion of high school or its equivalent. Ability to perform support activities in patient care as acquired through completion of an approved Vo-Tech program and certified as a Nurse Aide through the Office of Long Term Care or after completion of a minimum of one semester of an RN/LPN program with a nursing skills checklist completed by their nursing instructor. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an approved program to utilize the RN/LPN Nursing Student Skills Checklist.
