ChristianaCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Holloway Community Program. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating care of patients (pediatric, adolescent, adult, & geriatric) with HIV, HCV, and other infectious diseases with a predominantly sexual mode of transmission, and for HIV prevention. This role also serves as a resource for ChristianaCare Health System caregivers, as well as a liaison to community partners. Education and counseling to patients and families related to health care and disease management is also a priority. **The home base for this position is located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building, Wilmington campus.
