PAY: $145,000- $175,000, based on experience, EOE SHIFT: Full Time, 4 10-hour shifts MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Medical Director, the Physician Assistant (PA) provides direct patient care to the patients of the Willapa Medical Clinic within the scope of the Physician's Assistant Licensure in Washington State. Duties may include, but are not limited to, diagnosing illnesses, developing and managing treatment plans, prescribing medications, performing exams, ordering tests, and educating patients. The PA will work collaboratively alongside the Clinic Physicians to provide quality patient care across a variety of specialties. 

Pay: According to the Union Contract-DOE $27.43- $46.83 Per Diem- day / night weekends, holidays, EOE Delivers nursing care to assigned patients in collaboration with a Registered Nurse and is accountable for patient care administered during the shift.  The LPN is accountable to the RN, Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing and is responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Care.

PAY: According to the Union Contract      Clinic LPN $26.55 – $45.77 Clinic MA $23.77-$36.52  Medical, Vision & Dental Benefits, 403b plan. SHIFT: Full-Time – Monday- Friday 8:30AM- 5:00PM (30 minute lunch) MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides professional care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, chronic, or potential health problems.  Provides patient care services under the direction of the provider and/or physician.  Works as a team with other clinic staff in providing timely and appropriate patient services.  Duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient's medical history, evaluate the patient's well being, change dressings and bandages and assists the provider and/or physician in minor procedures as directed.

Pay: According to Union Contract-DOE $23.17- $37.17, DOE, EOE Shift: Part Time Day/Night Shift, Weekends, Holidays Description: Serves as Hospital Acute Care receptionist. Responsible for performing receptionist and clerical duties, answering the telephone and preparing and compiling records for the nursing unit.  Manages IP visitors, facilitating communication and contribution to a smooth functioning well equipped team. Monitors telemetry, runs strips as appropriate and reports changes to appropriate RN. Functions as a CNA when assistance is needed. Responsibilities: Works cooperatively within own department and with other employees in other departments. Willingly assumes additional responsibility to support the team efforts of own and other departments. Consistently uses good written and verbal communication. Pay DOE according to Union Contract: $42.46-$83.96/HR, EOE No medical, dental or vision included Accountability for all-nursing care behaviors and professional responsibilities described. The staff nurse is accountable for the delivery of patient care on the unit during the shift.  Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing care managing assigned personnel and promoting collaboration among the disciplines and practices within the Washington State Nurse Practice Act.
