RN Step Down/CVU Unit (PRN)
JOB SUMMARY: Provides professional nursing care through the assessment, treatment, and education of cardiovascular, medical-surgical and observation patients in accordance with physician’s treatment plans. Average 4:1 nurse to patient ratio
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Nursing
EXPERIENCE: No experience required
LICENSES, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: Registered Nurse
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Patient therapeutic equipment/machines or their reasonable accommodation.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of appropriate patient population growth and development.
SCHEDULE: PRN “as needed” hours vary according to the need (minimum 2 shifts per month)
