About this Job: Unit Highlights   Rapid Response Team - RRT   The Rapid Response Team (RRT) at MGUH consists of critical care registered nurses, a critical care provider, and a respiratory therapist. These highly trained critical care nurses respond to a variety of emergencies, identifying early signs of patient deterioration and intervening before a crisis occurs. Their expertise lies in patient assessment and stabilization, ensuring timely and effective care. Additionally, RRT nurses serve as Code Blue response nurses, providing advanced resuscitation for patients experiencing cardiac or respiratory arrest.
