Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse performs nursing function and duties as prescribed by North Carolina Nurse Practice Act and Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital standards. May have total responsibility for some patient and assistance from staff nurse with the care of other patients assigned. Continues with Care Plan and interventions designated by the registered nurse.
