ASAP- Ongoing need; contract options: 3-6 months Guaranteed 8-hour days Coverage needed: 1 FTE per month Setting/Department: Office-based / ASC; Gastroenterology & Non-Surgical Weight Loss; fast-paced Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center Support: Collaborating physician; each location has 2-3 RNs and LPN as backup; 1-2 MAs in room Patients/day: Up to 17-24 (varies by physician) Patient population: 16 years (rare) to 80 years EMR: gGastro (GMED) Procedures: GI (EGD, colonoscopy, etc.); non-surgical weight loss procedures requiring anesthesia; gastric sleeves Skills required: GI sedation and general anesthesia Skills preferred: GI or ambulatory anesthesia; office-based anesthesia or ASC experience Certifications: NBCRNA, NC license, BLS, ACLS, PALS Minimum experience: 2-3 years Credentialing timeframe: ASAP; 1 week or less

Assignment Length: Full-time ongoing coverage through May 2027; start approximately 60-90 days after credentialing EMR: Epic Requirements: Board-certified CRNA; DEA required; ACLS and PALS required Core Skills: General anesthesia (adult and pediatric), spinal anesthesia, head and spine cases; preferred experience with neonatal anesthesia, complex vascular and orthopedic cases, and arterial line placement Setting: High-volume, high-acuity inpatient surgical practice; supervised care model with physician anesthesiologist oversight Support: Physician anesthesiology supervision Credentialing: Approximately 60-90 days

Dates: June - Ongoing Schedule: Monday - Friday, Surgical hours; 7:00am - 3:30pm and 9a-5p. No call Types of cases: General surgery, CV, Neuro, ENT, Ortho, OB GYN, Urology. Will work with what candidate feels comfortable with Case Census: very busy practice Supervision/Medical Direction: Medical Direction - MD to CRNA ratio = 4:1 # Of ORs: 14 running daily
