Job Summary:
A clinically competent NP who demonstrates expertise in the assessment of the patient, diagnosis & the management of medical conditions both acute & chronic. Works independently & autonomously with MD collaboration. Provides primary care for diverse populations. Provider, mentor, educator, & patient advocate.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Duties Responsibilities:
Uses 2 patient identifiers before providing care or treatment.
Orders appropriate tests & treatments for preventative & diagnostic purposes.
Reassesses patient in response to changes in condition after intervention & as needed, & documents.
Demonstrated comprehensive history taking of health & medical history.
Conduct a thorough physical exam based on age & history.
