Responsibilities: The advanced practice clinician within the acute care hospital setting works in collaboration with, and is an integral member of, a multidisciplinary health care team. The APC provides comprehensive care to patients within the infusion center. Assessment & Management Infusion APC provides care to patients receiving infusion treatments initiated by multiple specialties including (but not limited to) Oncology, Rheumatology, and Neurology.
