CHS Health Services currently has 3 full time Nurse Practitioner opportunities to work in our new corporate onsite health unit clinic in West Lafayette, IN at Purdue University. The Nurse Practitioner will work with a Family Practice Physician, Practice Administrator, Family Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurse, Health Coach and Medical Assistants in this setting. Clinic hours of operation are Monday thru Friday with no on call required.SCOPE: The Nurse Practitioner (NP) serves as a member of the CHS healthcare team which is committed to the delivery of high quality evidenced-based medical care with a focus on prevention, behavior change, health promotion and health maintenance activities that affect long-term health outcomes.
