CHS Health Services currently has 3 full time Nurse Practitioner opportunities to work in our new corporate onsite health unit clinic in West Lafayette, IN at Purdue University. The Nurse Practitioner will work with a Family Practice Physician, Practice Administrator, Family Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurse, Health Coach and Medical Assistants in this setting.
