Essential Duties Facilitate patient admission to appropriate hospital bed / floor / service. Perform and dictate History & Physicals, Consultations, Discharge Summaries and SOAP notes on any/all patient floors for Orthopedic Surgery Patients. Assists and collaborates with development of plan of care based on patient assessment in collaboration with the Orthopedic Surgeons. Assists with the oversight of the Residents and participates in their education Orders, monitors, and Reviews x-rays, lab values and other diagnostic reports.
