Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for June 29 & 30 and July 1, 2, & 6 at their onsite Corporate Health clinic in Columbia, PA. Provider will see employees for Occupational Medicine injuries and issues and pre-employment and return to work physicals. Clinic services include vaccines & lab administration, drug screens and breath alcohol testing, lift testing, hearing conservation program, pulmonary function testing, respiratory fit testing, & work injury/exposure care.
