General Notes Responsibilities :Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview, and examination.Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic studies. Performs health assessments and screening.Identifies normal/abnormal health characteristics, develops plan of care, and initiates appropriate interventions.
