Provides emergency care and minor surgical care to assure total patient care. 3. Provides off-site care as appropriate (house calls, nursing home care, hospital coverage, etc.) to assure availability of care. 4. Performs diagnostic tests and interprets results to provide timely and convenient patient care. 5. Maintains current, accurate patient health records and regularly reviews mid-level practitioner charts to assure compliance with regulations. 6.
