Looking for one/two NP or PA provider who are familiar with preoperative clinic setting and can hit the ground running in this position as soon as possible. Provider will require privileges; temps can be obtained in about 3-4 weeks. We are looking for two .75 providers or one full time with an additional .5 provider. Schedule will be ideally two providers per day, Tuesday-Friday 7a/7:30a start (Staggered start if two are scheduled), 10 hour shift. OT to apply after 10 hours per day. Assignment will be at least 3 months but highly likely to extend until new perm providers are recruited and onboarded. This would be an ideal role for someone who is looking to transition long term into PSJH, we will hire a locum into a perm position if it is a good fit. In this role, the provider will evaluate patients preoperatively and optimize patients for surgery through physical examination, laboratory tests and EKG.
