Work alongside a Medical Director, an Associate Medical Director, two clinical performance nurses, and a Program Manager. Scheduling: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for both our day and swing shifts with full and part-time schedules. Our schedule is relatively predictable, so our team typically works 7-days-on, 7-days-off. Generally, our Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants will work 7 am-5 pm and 4 pm-2 am, rounding during the day shift (average of 12 patients per shift) and focusing on admissions during the evening shift (average of 7-8 admissions per shift).
