This is a salaried position with a competitive base rate. Typical working hours will either be Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm or the option of a four-day week with 10-hour shifts, with some variation possible as patient volume dictates. Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant. This role is a valuable piece in the cardiology practice, providing follow up care to our established cardiology patients. There is a strong support team with a MA and EKG tech that provide a holistic visit for our patients.

This is a salaried position with a competitive base rate working in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. Typical working hours will be 8:00am-6:00pm with some variation possible as patient volume dictates. There is the potential for on call during the week and on weekends for this position; subject to change in the future at the request of the collaborating physician(s).
