Physical Therapist (Contract Position) Schedule: 40 hours/week No weekends Day shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) 1st shift Contract: Open-ended (with sufficient notice prior to closure) Location : Rotating Facilities (06103) Work Location: Rotating facilities based on operational need. Assignment is typically at one site at a time or paired nearby facilities depending on staffing needs.
