Capital Medical Group is seeking an APP to join our inpatient Hospital Medicine team. The APP will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to hospitalized patients while working collaboratively with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The APP will evaluate and manage patients throughout their hospital stay, participate in daily rounds, develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate care, and facilitate safe and timely transitions of care. The position requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
