Position Overview A Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse specializing in the care of newborns, particularly premature, critically ill, and high-risk infants . NNPs primarily work in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) , providing life-saving medical care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
