Overview: Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)! We are seeking a Full Time (32-40 per week) provider for a position at our Grand Islander Center located in Middletown, RI. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
