Job Details Description Provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of the Radiation Oncology team while maintaining an active clinical role in patient care. Balances direct patient care responsibilities with administrative and operational duties to support the effective delivery of radiation therapy services. Responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, efficiency, and consistency of radiation oncology operations. Promotes continuity of care and treatment delivery across all scheduled service hours. Assists in the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of departmental policies, procedures, goals, and regulatory compliance standards. Supports staffing coordination, quality and performance improvement initiatives, equipment and facility planning, operational workflows, and budget management activities to ensure the successful operation of the Radiation Oncology program. Job Details Description JOB DUTIES:   Understand the technical aspects of radiation oncology and physics to derive computerized treatment plans and communicate these aspects to the Radiation Oncologist for plan approval and to the Radiation Therapists for plan implementation.    Accurately records charges for services and materials used or delegating charges to be recorded.    Demonstrates proper use and care of the radiation therapy equipment, simulating treatment equipment, and block set up (if applicable).    Demonstrates a high degree of competence and professionalism in performing responsibilities.     JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
