Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Ultrasound Technologist - Per Diem provides health care services for inpatients and outpatients of the University Hospital/ DOC through the applications of non-ionizing radiation (in the form of ultrasound). The technologist perform general, OB/GYN, vascular ultrasound procedures for the interpretation of a licensed practitioner. The patient population ranges from newborn to maturity.
