Overview: Manages the day-to-day operations of various areas of Imaging to include off-site locations of the hospital. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, monitoring staff performance, providing staff education, and implementing and directing Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement activities for the department. Participates in department budget preparation and management. Acts as a liaison between customers, technical staff, medical staff, and other departments within the hospital.Able to provide complex nursing care, which includes the monitoring and administering of medications required during procedures.
