Per-Diem Senior Radiation Therapist Job Description: Primary Responsibilities Provide patient education in order to maximize patient compliance with his/her plan of care and provide family education when needed. Is responsible for efficient operation of the assigned clinical treatment area. Is a resource to Therapist Staff to resolve clinical issues; division and/or patient related. Coordinates the activities of the Therapist to ensure quality treatment delivery and maximum utilization of equipment and personnel. Utilizes and instructs new staff members in quality assurance and improvement policies and practices.
