JOB SUMMARY The Senior Cardiac Ultrasound Sonographer at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for performing accurate 2D Adult Echocardiograms independently in various unit areas, including outpatient and inpatient settings. This role will handle advanced echocardiography procedures, including Transesophageal Echo, Pericardiocentesis, and Structural Heart procedures, and have the expertise to perform pediatric echo studies. JOB FUNCTIONS Perform a complete & accurate 2D Adult Echocardiogram under general direction across all main unit areas: portable & STAT echoes, cardiac observation unit, outpatient, and inpatient echoes.
