Job Summary :   Designs and develops radiation therapy patient treatment plans by means of computer and/or manual computation with optimal beam geometry to deliver a prescribed radiation dose and spare critical structures in accordance with radiation oncologist's prescription.   Understands the overall characteristics and clinical relevance of radiation oncology in the management of cancer or other disease processes, with special expertise in radiation therapy treatment planning, technical aspects of radiation oncology and medical / radiation physics.

Maintain < 2.5% repeat rate. Perform spot magnification and compression views as needed. Properly place films on multiviewer for interpretation. Maintain accurate complete information /records for MQSA and ACR. Accurate and thorough documentation of patient record in the organization's electronic health record system.
